Islamabad blast: Sri Lanka Cricket orders team to stay in Pakistan; PCB reschedules ODIs

Sri Lanka Cricket has directed its national team to continue their Pakistan tour despite security concerns following a suicide bombing, threatening players with a formal review if they leave early. Replacements will be sent if players depart against directives. The PCB has rescheduled ODI matches and enhanced security measures.
